Spain Banco de Espana 400 Escudos 1.1.1866 Pick UNL Remainder PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.A well preserved example of the larger 400 Escudos denomination from the 1866 series, which is unlisted in the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money. Bank of Spain issued notes from the time period leading up to the First Republic are extremely rare today, as almost all circulating currency instruments were withdrawn with only a few remainders available.
