South Africa Gouvernements Noot, Pietersburg 10 Pounds 1.3.1901 Pick 62a Hern 494 PMG Very Fine 30.First date of issue for Government notes issued in Pietersburg after the fall of Pretoria. This 10 Pound denomination was printed sparingly, with only 1,000 made bearing this March date. Standard circulation and typical bundle hole are mentioned for accuracy. Pinholes and an annotation are also seen. Quite rare in any grade.
