Russia Government Credit Note 100 Rubles 1918 Pick 40bs Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.A lovely allegory is flanked by two evenly weighted guilloche designs on this Government Credit Note. Red Specimen and two POCs are present on this scarce piece. This is one of a mere three Specimen for this Pick number to be registered in the PMG Population Report.
