Romania Institutul de Finantare Externa 1200 Lei ND (1941-44) Pick M22.Many of these occupation issues, like the example offered here, feature odd denominations. This was due to the exchange rate in which 1200 Lei was equivalent to 20 German Reichsmark. PMG Very Fine 25 with edge damage and minor rust a couple small areas on the back.
