Philippines Real Compania de Filipinas Share 250 Pesos 10.3.1785 Extremely Fine to About Uncirculated.Economically, the establishment of the Real Compania de Filipinas in 1785 was a turning point for the Philippines. The company was much like the East India Company, created to facilitate trade among the regions in the Philippines and Spain and its colonies. A total of 32,000 shares of 250 Pesos each were created. These beautifully designed stocks are offered from time to time, averaging around $300 when sold at auction.
