Description

Philippine Islands 10 Silver Pesos 1903 Pick 27a
A rare note in this state of preservation, and, like the other two in this run of three, barely circulated and retaining all of its vivid colors. This piece, with its yellow background and red overprint, has been called the precursor to the Technicolor Gold Note of 1905. Extremely Fine, with the printed signature of Wm H. Taft, later the President of the United States, as Governor.
