Netherlands Silver Note 2 1/2 Gulden 31.3.1916 Pick 9 PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
An unassuming but underrated small denomination note. When coins were hoarded, small change notes were hastily printed and thrust into commerce to assist with daily transactions. Few of these simplistic notes were saved. In fact, PMG has graded only 16 examples at the time of cataloging, and this offering is tied for the finest grade. Very rare at this level.
