Until this auction, no graded Uncirculated Rembrandt 1000 Guldens were available to collectors. Grade-conscious collectors only seeking Uncirculated banknotes are all missing this famous and very desirable type. At the time of writing, this is the second finest graded example in the PMG Population Report, and it is being offered in auction with the finest graded example as well.
