Description
Netherlands 10 Gulden 25.4.1968 Pick 91bAn almost perfect note featuring the Dutch Golden Age painter Frans Hals. The device to the upper right is actually a centering (registration) indicator. The dot in the middle is a part of the intaglio plate, while the rest of the design is from the underprint. When the dot is in the center, the note is perfectly registered. This is the highest graded note for both varieties of the Frans Hals design. PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 69 EPQ.
