Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.Incredible and beautiful banknote, especially in the best of collector grades. This note is nicknamed the "Magic Carpet" note due its incredible designs on both sides. The sheer amount of detail in the engravings is staggering. This is a Specimen, as evidenced by the solid zero serial numbers. However, there are no other cancellations of any kind, which leads to a first rate eye appeal. Essentially, this is a fully finished banknote, but just with solid zero serial numbers. At the time of cataloging, this example is tied with one other for the finest grade in the PMG Population Report for Specimen of this type. Famously desirable and incredibly pretty. Rare in this clean Specimen format and especially so in Gem Uncirculated grade.
