A handsome and very rare type, which is seldom offered in this desirable form. Uncirculated paper is easily noted, as well as seven hole punched cancellations, of which four of them pierce the margins. Only the second we have offered, and at the time of cataloging, there are only three examples graded finer in the PMG Population Report.
