Although PMG has identified the 10 Francs example as a missing design error note, we believe it to be a rare printer's essay. The blank silhouette at left is of Moise Tshombe, the first and only president of this breakaway province. That example is graded PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. The 20 Francs note is well margined and displays great color. That example is PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ. (Total: 2 notes)
