Certification Folder.An absolutely stunning example of this very rare type, seldom seen even in the lowest of grades. This handsome Tokyo release is the finest graded example in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging. Crisp, lightly circulated paper is easily noted. Typical holes in the paper do not detract from the overall appearance for this splendid 19th century banknote. An elaborate hard cover certificate of authenticity is included.
