India Government of India 10 Rupees 1.2.1918 Pick A10f Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 2A.2.3A.3This note has "C" outside the printed date at both the left and the right. This tells us that this note was issued at Calcutta. It also has the OC prefix. The net grade is for a missing upper right corner and an internal tear. We believe that the internal tear is from being impaled on a spindle. PMG Very Fine 30 Net.
