An elite, high denomination type rarity printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Company. For notes dated 1921-1923, PMG has graded a mere three issued examples and eight Specimen at the time of cataloging. Six punch hole cancellations and one red overprint are mentioned for accuracy. The charming vignettes are of outstanding eye appeal and a very rare design depicting a workers carrying loads of tea leaves in baskets for processing. As typical for notes of this issuer, a vignette of the bank building is featured on the back. We have offered this type in Specimen format only once previously. A very rare design missing from most collections.
