French Indochina Banque de l'Indo-Chine 100 Piastres ND (1946) Pick 79s Specimen PMG About Uncirculated 55 Net.A handsome and rare design that is seldom seen in decent condition. This Specimen is desirable with Thomas de la Rue red overprints. A foreign substance, common on Specimens, does little to detract from the overall appearance of this scarce type. Red overprints and hole punched cancellations are also noted.
