French Indochina Banque de l'Indo-Chine 100 Piastres ND (1945) Pick 78s Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.Inked in blue tones, this simply beautiful type is especially desirable as a Specimen since it can thereby be found in Uncirculated grades, allowing for pleasing views of all design elements. A pair of staple holes prevent EPQ status on this otherwise very pleasing Specimen. Two perforated cancellations are seen. Quite a handsome type and popular as such.
