Description

France Echantillon Test Note, Play Money and Propaganda Notes.
The World War II era propaganda note, denouncing the German occupation as a drain on the resources of France, is the true highlight of this grouping. A single hole punch is seen in the watermark area. Two Banque de France test notes and four play money pieces are also included. The propaganda note and the larger specimen are Choice Crisp Uncirculated, with all other examples Crisp Uncirculated due to slight waves and pinholes.
From The Ruth W. Hill Collection (Total: 7 notes)
