European Union / Italy Central Bank 100 Euro 2002 Pick 5ss Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Rarely seen Italian Specimen 100 Euro from the EU Central Bank's first series. Overprint cancelled on both sides and with Specimen number 0449. Notice the S-prefix for Italy and the single digit serial number. Rare in this format and very popular currently.
