Equatorial African States 10000 Francs ND (1968) Pick 7s SpecimenAn unlisted specimen which will help rewrite this country's section in the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money reference. This colorful 10,000 francs note includes a portrait of President Bokassa along with the Rock Hotel on the face. A number of attractive designs are seen on the back. The net grade is due to paper clip rust which is visible on the back. PMG About Uncirculated 55 Net.
