China People's Bank of China 1000 Yüan 1949 Pick 848s1; 848s2 S/M#C282 Front and Back Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64; Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.These Uniface Specimen were printed during a crucial year in Chinese history utilizing dark, somber colors with bright red overprints. Three tractors work the fields on the front Specimen in contrast with scene of farmer in a field wielding a short scythe to harvest grain by hand featured on the back Specimen.
