Description

China Ningpo Commercial Bank, Limited, Shanghai 10 Dollars 22.1.1909 Pick A61D S/M#S107-4 PMG Very Fine 25.
Highest denomination of the Ningpo Commercial Bank series of 1909. At the time of cataloging, this example is one of only seven pieces graded in the PMG Population Report. Any issued banknote of this series is a prize, as issuance was brief during this tumultuous time in Chinese history. Minor repairs are mentioned for accuracy on this otherwise terrific and very rare type note. This is only the second example we have offered.

PMG Very Fine 25。
