Rarely seen Commerical Bank of China issue. At the time of cataloging, this is the second finest graded example in the PMG Population Report, with barely over ten examples present in the census. Excellent eye appeal and a fairly low serial number are seen on this offering. Popular and deceptively scarce in the best of collector grades.
