A popular Communist issue that rarely is seen in Uncirculated grade. At the time of cataloging, this remarkable example is the single finest graded example in the PMG Population Report, with over 800 examples present in the census. Not to be missed in this lofty, incredible grade, as most of these notes were printed crudely and therefore present poorly.
