Belgian Congo Banque du Congo Belge 500 Francs ND (1941-45) Pick 18As Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.A lovely Serie 2 type Specimen prepared for the 1942 issue. Printed by the American Banknote Company, excellent embossing and a great color schematic are present. Red Specimen, serial number, and serie overprints are seen on the front and the eye appealing vignette of the elephants in the rivers is seen on back. Six small POCs in the signature block are present.
