Algeria Banque de l'Algerie 100 Francs 4.8.1895 Pick 18 Issued Cancelled Banknote Good-Very Good.Algerian banknotes from the 19th-century are rarely seen today, and that is especially true for higher denominations. This incredible 100 Francs is an amazing survivor from this rarely seen issue. As can be seen, it has been split and repaired in multiple places, with typical pinholes also seen. This note was overprinted and punch cancelled, possibly due to the tears and repairs. It was previously mounted. Nevertheless, no matter the technical grade, this extremely rare issued survivor is the first of this type we have offered and worthy of consideration as such.
