PCGS Banknote Superb Gem Unc 68 PPQ.PCGS Banknote has not graded a Fr. 1621 pack higher than 68 PPQ and only one equal. Both of these 68 PPQ packs are in this auction session. This T-A block pack starts with star *10815831B and there are two more stars inside. This example has a date stamp on the back of the BEP band of "June 6 1962" with a location of Las Vegas, Nevada.
