Fr. 1603 $1 1928C Silver Certificate. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.PMG has graded only two examples higher of this key Friedberg number. This figure has remained constant now for at least a year and a half. It is also observed that this note has a serial number just 1743 into the series. Overall, a great note for the astute collector.
