Reverse Changeover Pair Fr. 1506/1505 $2 1928E/1928D Legal Tender Notes. PCGS Choice New 63PPQ/Choice About New 58PPQ.These notes were acquired by our consignor at the 1981 Memphis auction. Reverse 1928E/1928D changeover pairs are much more elusive than their 1928D/1928E changeover pair counterparts. PCGS has mislabeled which is the first and which is the second note of this reverse changeover pair. (Total: 2 notes)
