Fr. 1528* $5 1928C Legal Tender Note. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.A well-preserved example of this scarce $5 Legal star that was graded in the early days of PMG before they started using the EPQ designation. However, it did receive the accolade "Great Embossing" from PMG.
