PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.This is the first $2 Legal series where collecting an uncut sheet is feasible unless you have very deep pockets and are up to chasing a total known population of two. This 1928C uncut example has earned its EPQ grade modifier with embossing courtesy of the dark red third printing.
