PCGS Choice New 63PPQ and New 62.Offered here is just the second reported Reverse Changeover Pair which features a 1928B $2 red seal issue followed immediately by a consecutive 1928A issue. The last one we sold was part of the New England Changeover Collection and it has taken almost seven years for another to surface.
