Description

Fr. 2231-B $10000 1934 Federal Reserve Note. Crisp Uncirculated.
This note came in too late to submit, however, we last offered this in our 2008 Central States sale, and described, "This note is on par with America's most desired types and is the ultimate center piece of any small size currency collection. Millions viewed this note when it was part of the Binion hoard of 100 pieces, an amazing $1 Million in currency in a single Las Vegas casino display. This piece has all the eye appeal one would want from a full CU note, with deeply, yet delicately printed design details and bright paper. On the back are two faint paper pulls, likely the result of this note being removed from the exhibit it called home for over forty years." There is a small repaired tear in the right margin that must be candled in order to notice. Crisp Uncirculated.
