Fr. 2212-G $1,000 1934A Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Banknote Gem
Unc 65 PPQ.Chicago district $1,000s are more plentiful than other districts, but examples at this grade level will never be common and are always sought after. Bright paper, bold embossing, and excellent margins are displayed. The serial numbers and blocks are a continuation of the previous year. The Track & Price census does not account for this Chicago $1,000 example. The most recent example to cross the auction block in June 2021 realized $9,600; however, the Chicago $1,000 that sold in January 2020 realized $5,520.
