Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ 1934 $1000 Minneapolis Note
Fr. 2211-I $1,000 1934 Mule Federal Reserve Note. PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.A just about perfect Minneapolis district note which is one of two graded at this level by PMG, with none higher. We seldom wax lyrical about small size notes, but this example is truly exceptional. It is totally original, perfectly centered, and as bright as the day it left the Bureau, and, even more fortunately for collectors, it comes from the excessively scarce Minneapolis district, which had a total printing of only 12,000 1934 thousands, by far the lowest print run of any of the twelve districts. If you collect only the finest, and can afford the best of the best, this is a note you should bring home this afternoon.
