New 55.This nicely margined Richmond $1,000 from the scarcer 1928 FRN Series displays natural paper wave, bold ink colors, and plenty of embossing. In our last FUN auction, a PMG About Uncirculated 55 example from the more common Cleveland district for this series realized $8,400. We anticipate a similar realization for this scarcer note tonight.
