25.An excessively rare Richmond 1934 $500 stars that is one of just three pieces reported, and the last to be publicly offered when we sold it in 2010 FUN auction. The other two examples have also passed through our auctions, with one appearing in our February 2005 auction and the other more than 20 years ago in our June 2000 auction. This evenly circulated and problem free replacement note finally provides an opportunity for the small size specialist to acquire this rare high denomination star.
