Fr. 2116-K* $50 1969B Federal Reserve Note. Gem Crisp Uncirculated.This was the only district to issue star examples in this short lived series, in a printing of only 128,000 pieces. Few were saved by collectors, and appearances now are measured in years rather than months. This piece, from the Burnside collection, is the first we have handled in a decade.
