Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A gorgeous example of this very scarce Richmond $20 FRN star that is just the fifteen replacement note to be reported. Easily the finest graded, as its closest competitor is a single PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 star. However, that 64-graded note made its last appearance 2014 and nothing else above the 58 level has crossed the auction in 20 years. Truly a beautiful star that is fit for only the finest of collections.
