PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A lovely example of this dark green seal Cleveland $10 star, this piece is tied with one other note as the finest graded by PMG. Four years ago, we auctioned the other known replacement note, which is one serial number away from this note, for $2,880.
