Fr. 2003-D $10 1928C Federal Reserve Note. PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ.A scarce series in general and especially so for Cleveland notes. We have auctioned only one other example equal with none graded higher by either of the two major grading services. That other note was a PCGS 58PPQ example that brought $1,410 in April 2013.
