Uncirculated 64 EPQ.Easily the finest known example of this scarce New York $10 star, this boldly inked and pack fresh numeric district replacement note is only held back in grade by its centering. We first offered this near-Gem star, which has also received the comment "Good Embossing" from PMG, in our 2009 Long Beach auction.
