Fr. 1953-F $5 1928C Light Green Seal Federal Reserve Note. PMG Very Fine 30.The only $5 FRN series rarer than the 1928C, is the 1928D. Only notes on Atlanta are known for both series that were issued during the depths of the Great Depression. This is an evenly circulated example save for the staining at lower left.
