Fr. 1953-F $5 1928C Light Green Seal Federal Reserve Note. PMG About Uncirculated 50.The second scarcest $5 FRN series behind only the 1928D Series. Only Atlanta $5s were issued for Series 1928C and 1928D. This 1928C example is nicely margined with bold ink colors and only light handling.
