Fr. 1953-F $5 1928C Light Green Seal Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Choice About New 58PPQ.Series 1928C is the second rarest $5 FRN series with notes known only from the Atlanta district. The attractive example in this lot exhibits ideal color, natural paper wave, and embossing. Track & Price has recorded 107 examples and our current offering is tied for seventh place for the highest graded. Another PCGS 58PPQ realized $2,280 in 2021.
