Fr. 1951-H* $5 1928A Federal Reserve Star Note. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.
A bright, boldly inked example of this very rare St. Louis $5 star, this is one of just three replacement notes reported. With neither of the other two known stars grading above the 25, level, this is easily the finest known. Three years ago, we auctioned the reported PMG Very Fine 25 star which realized $3,000.
