This BEP produced set has colorized Richmond notes with matching serial numbers of EE00002193A. The notes are sealed in hard plastic within a velvet-lined, leatherette presentation case that is stored in a pictorial box. The informational booklet is also included. These notes are not graded as they reside within hard plastic holders. A post-it note with a penned "2193" has been taped to the front cover of the pictorial box by its previous owner.
