Fr. 1880-K $50 1929 Federal Reserve Bank Note. PCGS Gem New 65PPQ.A well embossed Gem which is tied with one other $50 Dallas district example as the finest graded to date by PCGS. Interestingly, PMG has graded nothing in 65, but a pair of 66s are listed in their census. We sold the other PCGS Gem for $11,750 in 2014, but, in the interest of full disclosure, we also sold a PMG 66 the following year for $9987.50.
