Unc 65 PPQ.PCGS Banknote has graded only one example at this exalted grade level with none higher. Also, a look at the PMG statistics shows that the highest grade that they have bestowed for Fr. 1860-L is a lone 64 PPQ. We did auction another Fr. 1860-L at this third party grade level once previously. It was graded Gem New 65PPQ by PCGS Currency, and received a winning bid of $15,275 in January 2015.
