Richmond, VA- State Bank & Trust Co. Check 19__ Proof Extremely Fine.The Proof is a plate cancellation impression. Originally the plate was made for the Second National Bank of Richmond but was altered in 1898 for the State Bank & Trust Co. The official cancellation of the plate took place on July 7, 1939.
